re-cruit.net to develop and implement a complete resourcing
model.
Working with the Group HR Director and Group IS Director,
responsibilities include:
- Development
and delivery of a new resourcing strategy.
- Design and
introduction into the business of a new recruitment
organisational model.
- Managing significant
business and organisational change.
- Project management
of the vendor selection, development and implementation
of graduate and lateral hire e-recruitment systems
to support the model (i-GRasp).
- Establishing
‘direct sourcing’ channels including in-house
‘search’
- Design and
development of careers site
