Working with the Group HR Director and Group IS Director, responsibilities include:

• Development and delivery of a new resourcing strategy.
• Design and introduction into the business of a new recruitment organisational model.
• Managing significant business and organisational change.
• Project management of the vendor selection, development and implementation of graduate and lateral hire e-recruitment systems to support the model (i-GRasp).
• Establishing ‘direct sourcing’ channels including in-house ‘search’
• Design and development of careers site
